Shipping and Returns
**HOLIDAY SHIPPING & RETURNS**All orders placed between 11/01/23 and 12/25/23 will have an extended return period until 01/31/23. However, please note there will be a $5 return fee and you will be charged for return shipping. All products must be in their original condition and packaging.
To ensure delivery by 12/24/23 please place your order no later than:
12/14/23 for USPS Ground
12/18/23 for UPS Ground
12/19/23 for UPS 3-Day
12/21/23 for UPS 2-Day
12/22/23 for UPS/FedEx Overnight/Next Day
All orders are processed same day if placed before 2pm ET and next day if placed after 2pm ET. You will receive a shipping notification after receiving your first order confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please allow for 7-10 business days for USPS orders to be delivered.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We do not offer international shipping at this time however you can visit our retail partner, the HODINKEE Shop who offers international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
